Sue Frederick

SueFrederickSue has been a Certified Ideal Protein coach since 2014. She lost 50 pounds herself with IP and absolutely loves journeying with her dieters! Sue grew up in Cincinnati, graduated from Vanderbilt University and was a Systems Engineer until staying home to raise her 4 kids.

She and her husband Kurt are empty nesters who are enjoying their adult children and loving being grandparents!



 

 

 

Rachel Morelli

RachelMorelliRachel is a Certified Ideal Protein Coach at our Bee Cave clinic. She grew up in Austin and graduated from Texas State University. Rachel is a certified teacher and has experience in teaching, counseling and administration.

She is married to TJ, has three beautiful kids and in her spare time loves reading, traveling and trying new recipes. As a mom, she has spent the last several years researching the importance of nutrition and a healthy diet.

 



 

Chris Freeman

ChrisFreemanChris is a certified Ideal Protein Coach and works at our Village and Westlake locations. She grew up in a passionate Greek family and her love of food developed at a young age. Due to being overweight as a child, an eating disorder and the freedom she subsequently discovered, she began seeing the correlation between her health/diet and the spirit, mind, and body.

Chris is a former middle school English teacher who now enjoys educating others on the principles of living a healthy lifestyle through exercise, attitude, & nutrition. She is married to Matt and they have two amazing kids.

 



Liz Weinert

LizWeinertLiz has been a certified Ideal Protein Coach since 2015. She grew up all over Texas but has called Austin her home for the last 18 years. She attended the University of Texas in Arlington where she received her Masters in Social Work. She and her husband have been married 24 years and have recently become empty nesters.

She loves hanging out with family and friends, meeting for coffee, and going for the occasional run. She also enjoys learning about and educating others on nutrition and healthier lifestyles.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
